Greenville, North Carolina- Local restaurant, Nash, today announced hosting its first ever live music festival event, Nash Bash, on Saturday, August 20th from 12 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. at their local, uptown Greenville venue space. Nash Bash is free to attend, and will feature a lineup of favored, local musicians and bands from Pitt County and surrounding areas.
“The goal for this event is to kick start a music festival for uptown and all of Greenville. It's our first edition and we are obviously starting small but the ultimate goal is a full weekend celebration of music and food for all ages. said Nash owner-operator, Ryan Griffin. “A bookend event to the summer as another semester and season are welcomed in the East. The music scene as a whole in this area is incredibly welcoming and vibrant,” said Griffin. “I'm glad we get to be a part of it.”
Those in attendance can expect additional vendors such as Wicked Weed Brewery, Empire Distributors, and Pepsi, as well as limited edition swag and giveaways to be held throughout the event.
